Well enough, I think... It's also possible I just haven't been hit full-force yet. But for the time being I'm managing. It isn't pleasant, but it isn't unbearable.

What are your main symptoms? Other than imitating a fire-type, of course.

...Agitation, primarily. I don't feel entirely lucid, and it's frustrating me. Any physical effects are currently minimal. I don't know how likely it is for them to stay that way or if they're going to intensify.

It...does feel like something is off that I can't quite place. Again, it's frustrating but nothing I can't handle.

That sounds rather standard. You'll likely find that the agitation will intensify into full-blown anger soon, and you may also find yourself being possessive and feeling the need to tell the network about it.

It does! It's the closest thing I'll get to Mega Evolution here, with an added bonus that I can participate myself! I've made so many notes about Iris, I could practically earn another PhD.

What is it like for Iris, generally? Outside of the transformation aspect. I've heard enough to know it's different, but not in what way.

Iris is like Sanguis in that it intensifies emotions, just in an opposite manner. You feel things far deeper, in terms of your relationships with people, and you're struck by an overwhelming desire to be gentle and kind, nurturing and generous. Thinking of those who are more acquaintances than friends can make you feel warm, so thoughts of actual friends make you want to weep. It's...heavy.

There's also physical effects that...[arceus above, how does he phrase this] encourage sexual intercourse, but I can spare you the gory details.

All of that sounds a bit..."inconvenient" is one way of looking at it, I suppose. For varying reasons.

...I tend to bury things, and Iris drags them back up. Roughly. But I'm slowly getting better at dealing with it. You'll find the same with Sanguis, I think. It's just that the first time it really hits you, it's...fairly merciless.
