[Lysandre isn't naive enough to assume that Sycamore has somehow forgotten the significance of the date - not because Lysandre expects him to remember as some sort of obligation, but because Sycamore tends to remember these things. So he's somewhat curious about what's going on when he's told to meet with him at the gates to the Groves; he's at least mostly positive that this isn't going to require the goats (if it ends up requiring the goats, he's going to have to have a talk with Sycamore about what consitutes an acceptable surprise and what doesn't...) but that just means he isn't altogether sure what they're going to be doing.
He's still dressed nicely, as he always is (he is absolutely in the leather again); he's here somewhat early, though not obscenely so. He seems relaxed, though, all things considered; it seems today has been going well so far, at any rate.]
